My inspiration has always come from nature. Never more than this spring when, with the furnace off, I have had more time to sit quietly by the pond and I have been lucky enough to watch several dragonflies emerge from the pond, gradually straighten out their wings and take their first flight.

With the furnace off I have had more time to sit quietly by the pond and this spring I have been lucky enough to watch several dragonflies emerge from the pond, gradually straighten out their wings and take their first flight.

This one emerged in the early morning and I love the way the rain drops are like jewels on the wings

I feel a new piece could come from this……………..
